I am having a problem with most of the ABC (Australia) [i.e.: Radio Australia, Radio National, Coast FM, ABC Melbourne, ABC Sydney, ABC Newsradio and ABC Local Radio] feeds. The audio sometimes squeaks and always needs to rebuffer. This does not happen (or not as frequently) with the ABC Concert FM or ABC Triple J feeds. Can you explain why this is happening? Is there some incompatibility between the Phoenix and the technology ABC is using? Is there anything that can be done to stabilize these feeds?
Thank you!
Left a comment and greeting two days ago, but don’t see it here. I wonder if this facility is working.
Mr. Benezet -
I don’t want to leave an impression from my last two notes that I am in any dissatisfied with the Phoenix. Quite the contrary… it is a godsend. With only minor exceptions, it works flawlessly and intuitively and provides me with a wealth of listening options. Indeed, an embarrassment of riches! I hope this blog will allow owners of the Phoenix to share experiences and dialogue with you and each other about their experiences and questions.
Kindest regards.
Lost all ‘my stations’ on my radio and the web page. I can not re-add my stations, page seems broken. If there is something wrong with the server shouldn’t there be an attempt to notify your customers, maybe a message on the web page or blog.
Is there any ETA on a solution?
I assume my two previous emails have been ignored?
Hi Randy,
can you provide us with your Mac address so we check?
Regards.
