Hi All,
the migration performed last week has produced side effect issues on our Com One US operation.
Some users have lost their preferences (presets and catalogues’ customization) during the migration.
Our tech team is fully mobilized on the subject and is currently struggling to solve the problem.
Our Apologizes,
Be sure we are all doing our best to recover and set again your personal catalogues.

It’s been almost a week now, and if any things have changed to correct website and catalogue problems, I can’t detect them. Like many others I am becoming increasingly frustrated by these continuing difficulties. The Phoenix is a very good idea, but the system has been a disappointment.
Here are some things that frustrate me:
1. Cannot delete superfluous folders from the ‘my phoenix’ list. There are duplicates of almost every category. Clicking on delete causes the folder to open.
2. Listen Again stations (bbc ws) no longer work. Tells me that the service is not available. But it works fine from my computer. They worked on my Phoenix until the ’server migration’ came along. A typical URL
http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/meta/tx/nb/newshour_au_nb.asx
3. Battery problem has reoccurred. Doesn’t seem to charge fully. Only get about 15-30 mins of playtime.
4. Couldn’t add stations a few days ago. Haven’t tried lately because I don’t want to do anything to disturb what I now have: working personal stations and presets.
I know you all must be busy and probably tired of hearing only problems, but I would appreciate some acknowledgement that someone has read this memo.

I like Dan Joyner have been waiting on some sort of response from Phoenix.
Can you please advise your customers as to when we might get some information on the update problems. I have also lost the normal use of my radio
and what stations I have in my presets and folders I’m afraid to touch the radio
incase I lose what I have.
Also I think the problem with the battery charge circuit is more to do with the
hardware design. Please let’s have some info soonest.

Hi all at Phoenix WiFi,can you please Please let your hard pressed listeners
of the com-one radio as to the latest situation with regards to the migration issue . No one appears to be responding to the concerns of the radio listener
on what is happening to the user access of the radio platform on com-one.

Sadly and clearly, you and your company have abandoned those who bought your product and placed their trust, not to mention their hard earned money, in you. The lack of commitment from your company is extremely disappointing and, as one who wrote reviews praising the product when it first came to market, I feel betrayed. I know these words are harsh, but there hasn’t been a post from you here in nearly three months, there have been no firmware updates whatsoever in a long time and many questions from users have gone unacknowledged and unanswered. Not a performance for you or your company to be proud of, in my opinion.
